Payment is required before the inspection begins. I will go over any issues and answer any questions during the inspection. Within approximatly 24hrs I will generate an easy to read computerized report w/ pictures if you desire, in a narrative style using one of the most advanced report writing software programs available. You will be able to obtain a copy of your report online, and download it. If you do not have access to the internet I will mail you a copy. There is a 10.00 Charge for mailing a paper copy.

Radon and Mold testing requires samples to be sent to labs. Generally this process will take 4-5 days after obtaining the testing samples, or test devices. Radon tests require minimum 48hr test, after the required 12hr closed conditions are observed. Radon tests will take 4-5days to get results. I will then email or fax you a copy of the test results.
